Warehouse & Fulfilment

To provide fast and reliable shipping, Snoora Baby may fulfil orders from different warehouse locations depending on product availability and your delivery address.

In some cases, your order may be shipped internationally if stock is unavailable at the nearest warehouse. There will never be any additional shipping charge to you.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order has already been shipped:

• We may be unable to make changes to the delivery address.
• Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
• We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
