Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Snoora Baby. We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

The following terms apply to all products purchased from us.

Eligibility
Customers have the right to apply for a return within the applicable return window after the delivery of the product.

If the respective return window has passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Unopened or unused items are eligible for a full return & refund approval.

If the product has been used, you will be required to send us supporting material for review if there is any damage to the product.

We will not accept a return under the following circumstances:
  • The item was not purchased from snoorababy.com. (If your item was purchased through Amazon or another retailer, please contact the corresponding agent to arrange a return or exchange.)
  • Returned merchandise is missing original packaging, accessories, or giveaways, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and other incidental items.
  • The device is damaged due to personal misuse.
  • The product shows natural stains or normal wear and tear from use.
  • The merchandise warranty has expired.
  • The order exceeds the respective return window.

Return Window
Within 30 days of product delivery.

If the respective return window has passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address. Detailed return information will be sent to your email once your return application has been approved.

Once you receive the detailed return instructions, you will need to promptly return the product to us within 14 days; otherwise, the request will expire, and you will no longer be eligible for a return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and your order will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PLEASE NOTE:
•⁠  ⁠Any shipping fees incurred in your order (such as expedited shipping, next-day delivery, international delivery, etc.) are non-refundable.

Partial Returns on Bundled Orders
If you purchased multiple items using a bundle discount code and later choose to return part of your order, the discount will be recalculated based on the number of items you keep.

In this case, the item(s) you keep will revert to their pre-bundle discounted price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Note:
•⁠  ⁠This policy ensures the bundle discount only applies when the qualifying quantity is maintained.
•⁠  ⁠Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees will still apply as outlined in our returns policy.

Damages and issues
Our products are thoroughly inspected before being delivered to customers to ensure the highest quality.

However, there is still a possibility that a product may be damaged during transportation or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
  • Personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • International Transaction Fees

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

⁠International Transaction Fees
Please note that international customers (those purchasing from outside the United States) may be charged an additional international transaction fee or foreign transaction fee by their bank or credit card provider, even if the payment is made in their local currency.

These fees are determined and collected solely by the customer's financial institution and are not imposed by Snoora Baby.

We do not receive any portion of these fees, and unfortunately, we are unable to refund or reimburse them. If you're unsure whether this fee applies to you, we recommend checking with your bank or card issuer before making a purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
  1. Please first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some additional processing time before a refund is completed.
